About this event

AI is rapidly becoming a boardroom priority, creating new questions around governance, risk, accountability and how boards themselves operate.

This inaugural Global Governance Leaders Forum will bring together a select group of senior Company Secretaries and governance leaders from leading organisations around the world for a confidential discussion on AI in the Boardroom: Governance, Judgement and Risk.

Drawing on insights from BoardOutlook's conversations with Chairs and directors globally, the session will explore how boards are approaching AI readiness and oversight, how AI is being used in board processes, and the evolving role of governance leaders in helping boards navigate these changes.

This invitation-only session is intentionally small to enable a candid and practical exchange between governance peers across markets.

What we'll cover

  • Is your board AI-ready, and what role should governance leaders play?
  • Who owns AI governance, and what should reach the board?

  • How is AI changing board papers, reporting and decision-making?
  • What guardrails are needed around confidential information and AI tools?
