This inaugural Global Governance Leaders Forum brings together a select group of senior Company Secretaries and governance leaders from leading organisations for a confidential discussion on AI in the boardroom.
Drawing on BoardOutlook's conversations with Chairs and directors globally, the session will explore AI readiness, board process implications, and the evolving role of governance leaders. The forum operates under the Chatham House Rule and is intentionally small to enable a candid, practical exchange among peers across markets.
